We called Caleb Ellingson at Lake State Heating and Air, and he came out the same day to assess the situation and give us an estimate for the replacement of both the air conditioner and our 1990's furnace. We collected bids from two other companies, but chose Caleb because his bid was the most reasonably priced and had the best (BY FAR) warranty on parts and labor.
