"Our air conditioner finally gave out, which wasn't a total surprise given that it was from 1981! We called Caleb Ellingson at Lake State Heating and Air, and he came out the same day to assess the situation and give us an estimate for the replacement of both the air conditioner and our 1990's furnace. We collected bids from two other companies, but chose Caleb because his bid was the most reasonably priced and had the best (BY FAR) warranty on parts and labor. On installation day, Caleb arrived right on time. His work was neat, clean, and professional. By the end of the day, he had the new equipment up and running and cooling our home (so happy to have air conditioning again in this hot weather!). Caleb answered all of our questions and was great to deal with during the entire process. I'd highly recommend him to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs!"
