"The day before the blizzard my furnace began to leak. I called the company that installed the furnace six years ago. They came out and I was told that it was not under warranty and would cost about $6,000 to repair and was told to think about getting a new furnace. I then contacted Caleb Ellingson at Lake State. He was able to confirm that the part needed was, in fact, covered by warranty and therefore the cost to repair was minor. Caleb is knowledgeable, courteous and has all those traits you hope to find in someone in this business. I strongly recommend him for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. I know I don't intend to ever use anyone other than Caleb for my heating and air conditioning needs. He's the best!"
